Alex Coad Earns Prestigious Academic Award at Illinois College

Alex Coad of White Hall was among the students at Illinois College recognized for academic excellence April 27 when the liberal arts college held its annual Honors Day Celebration.

Coad, a graduate, was inducted into Alpha Kappa Delta. Alpha Kappa Delta is the sociology national honor society.

Coad, a graduate of North Greene High School, is the son of Norman and April Coad of White Hall.

Founded in 1829, Illinois College is a residential liberal arts college fostering academic excellence rooted in opportunities for experiential learning while preparing students for lifelong success.
