Carmen Kremitzki as co-president of College Organization

Carmen Kremitzki, a senior of Springfield, is serving as co-president of the Newman Club at Illinois College for the 2011-2012 academic year.

Newman Club members are active in the Roman Catholic faith and seek to involve fellow Catholic students in a wide spectrum of activities designed to explore and expand their faith.

Kremitzki, a graduate of Lanphier High School, is the daughter of Mark and Marian Kremitzki of Springfield.

Founded in 1829, Illinois College is a residential liberal arts college fostering academic excellence rooted in opportunities for experiential learning while preparing students for lifelong success.
