Heather Sievers Earns Prestigious Academic Award at Illinois College

Heather Sievers of Hardin was among the students at Illinois College recognized for academic excellence April 27 when the liberal arts college held its annual Honors Day Celebration.

Sievers, a junior, was inducted into Kappa Delta Pi. Kappa Delta Pi is the Education national honor society.

Sievers, a graduate of Brussels High School, is the daughter of Jerome Sievers of Hardin.

Founded in 1829, Illinois College is a residential liberal arts college fostering academic excellence rooted in opportunities for experiential learning while preparing students for lifelong success.
