Logan Giesing as vice president of College Organization

2012 Mar 26

Logan Giesing, a sophomore of Quincy, is serving as vice president of Gamma Delta Literary Society at Illinois College for the 2011-2012 academic year.

Gamma Delta was the first women's society to be founded on the Illinois College campus. Delts were founded in 1911 and our colors are pink and green. Gamma Delta holds these three virtues as most important in running the society: tradition, creativity and individuality. In addition, Gamma Delta is unique because it focuses on individuality in productions as an integral part of its literary program. Delts are proud to be involved with many activities on campus and also within the community.

Giesing, a graduate of Quincy High School, is the daughter of Mike and Kelley Giesing of Quincy.

Founded in 1829, Illinois College is a residential liberal arts college fostering academic excellence rooted in opportunities for experiential learning while preparing students for lifelong success.
