Melissa Mennenga Selected as Resident Assistant at Illinois College

Melissa Mennenga of Freeport has been chosen to serve on the residence life staff at Illinois College for the 2011-2012 academic year.

Mennenga, is the daughter of Dale and Sandra Mennenga of Freeport. She is a graduate of Dakota High School.

Resident assistants, or RAs serve the college in many capacities: as peer advisers for new residents, coordinators of residential life, and liasons between the students and administration. RAs are responsible for creating an environment that promotes positive academic and social experiences.
