Stacey Schwartz Earns Prestigious Academic Award at Illinois College

Stacey Schwartz of Barry was among the students at Illinois College recognized for academic excellence April 27 when the liberal arts college held its annual Honors Day Celebration.

Schwartz, a junior, was inducted into Psi Chi. Psi Chi is the psychology national honors society.

Schwartz, a graduate of Western High School, is the daughter of John and Nancy Schwartz of Barry.

Founded in 1829, Illinois College is a residential liberal arts college fostering academic excellence rooted in opportunities for experiential learning while preparing students for lifelong success.
